STS Development's 'Honors Wellga Jinju' Apartments Sold Out in One Month

STS Development Co., Ltd., the project operator, has sold out all units of the 'Honors Wellga Jinju' residential complex in Gajwa-dong, Jinju, Gyeongsangnam-do, within just one month. Honors Wellga Jinju is a premium residential development located within Honorpolis, a large-scale urban development project spanning approximately 86,700㎡ near KTX Jinju Station. The complex secured its position as a leading apartment development in the region early on, having won the Apartment Grand Prize at the 2023 first-half Korea Economic Daily Housing Culture Awards. Honors Wellga Jinju held its first-priority subscription on the 11th of last month, drawing 11,191 applications for 551 general supply units — an average competition ratio of 20.31 to 1 — reflecting strong buyer interest. Just ten days after formal contracts began, all 840 units in the complex were 100% sold out. A sales representative for Honors Wellga Jinju expressed confidence, saying, "Honors Wellga Jinju is set to become a landmark development representing western Gyeongsangnam-do, and both subscription interest and contract signing proceeded smoothly." The representative added, "Following the sellout of the residential units driven by strong buyer interest, we also expect smooth sales for the accompanying Honors Wellga commercial complex." Having achieved a 100% sellout of its residential units, Honors Wellga Jinju plans to proceed without delay on the supply of its in-complex commercial facility, Honors Wellga Sangga. The sales office for Honors Wellga Sangga will open on the 12th, with a public drawing scheduled for the 27th.
